For in person sessions, my office is located at 2511 Browncroft Blvd in Rochester. On video, I’m located on your screen as long as you’re located in New York state.

We’ll connect through a secure, HIPAA compliant portal provided by Simplepractice. Otherwise, it works similarly to in person visits. I ask that you be in a quiet and confidential environment. Please refrain from driving during video visits.

Absolutely

My out of network rate is $120 for a 55-60 min session. I currently accept Excellus (commercial and Medicaid), MVP (commercial and Medicaid), United Healthcare (commercial only) and Aetna (commercial only). I am in the process to accept medicare in the near future.

I will send you a questionnaire to complete prior to our first visit. This will guide me toward what areas we really need to focus on. I will listen to your story and ask many questions. We will likely not cover everything in the depth it deserves during the intake session.

That depends on many factors including what type of symptoms you are experiencing, what your goals are, if there are any safety concerns and if we both think therapy is still useful for you. We will be periodically checking in on your specific therapy goals.
